How do I add the widget?

On iPhone, press and hold an empty area of the home screen, tap the add button in the top left, search for Neurutina and pick the medium size. On Android, press and hold the home screen, open Widgets and drag the Neurutina one out.

I am not getting reminders

Open Settings inside the app and check the notifications switch. If it is off, tap it and it will take you where they are granted. On Android it also helps to allow exact alarms: without that permission the system may delay reminders by several minutes.

Do my routines sync between devices?

No. Everything is stored only on the phone where you created it. That is the trade-off for having no accounts and no server.

Do I lose my data if I uninstall?

Yes. There is no copy on any server, so uninstalling removes your routines and your history.

Does it cost anything?

No. The app is free, with no ads and no tracking.
